ya, I go to join the very first VEGETARIAN Forum Malaysia 2015 and eat!

very great here!
1)Nasik Lemak and veggies bread that I bought from the vegetarian booth. I take out the eggs, cos I just love the veggies only~
2)this one I taste it from the booth that show how to prepare the vegan foods, this one very nice! I love it!

3)"Thai style white fungus salad": the photos show the work in progress. this one I also taste some and...... wow! it is quite spicy!
oh ya! I also try the "vegan laksa", but I didn't took the photo~~cos I really hungry!!!

vegetarian diet are very delicious and many type!

just take a look!
vegetarian diet are normal and full in energy !so great here!
we can totally get all the energy from the vegetarian food, vegan, raw food, fruits!
we are love mother earth and all life!
